The inaugural ELIAS Western Australia program took place in 2018-19 with 24 high-profile senior leaders from across business, government and civil society/NFPs/NGOs.

The program was a resounding success, generating new prototypes within and across organisations and sectors, leading to new projects, new processes and behaviours, new mindsets and narratives, and new sources of awareness and inspiration.

These new ways of operating continue to be observed across the Western Australian social and natural landscapes.

The alumni group continues to meet regularly since the program.
